I purchased a Canon Pro-200s at the end of August 2025 and have been using it regularly ever since, printing images of all sizes (even 13x38). I have been using the Canon Pro Print and Layout Utility with no problems. Suddenly, today it won't print and the utility gives the message "Error - see printer front console", but there isn't any error indication , error code, or error message on the console. I can't print anything using the Print and Layout Utility. I can print everything using the Canon driver in Photoshop - no errors. I'm using MacOS Sequoia 15.7. I did do a security update a few days ago, but I haven't done any other updates... Thanks.

I figured out what is happening... but not why. The IP address stored in the Canon Pro Print and Layout Manager is different than the IP address everything else is using. I went into the printer select of CPPLM and added a new printer with the correct IP address, picked that printer to use, and all is working. Not sure why the IP address got out of sync from one day to the next. And now I have two Canon pro200s printers installed, one on correct IP and the other on an incorrect IP. Is there a way to delete the bad printer from CPPLM? Thanks.
