hey - thanks for the reply. I thought the same but in "service menu" the printer begins to function. (granted this really doesnt mean much) I'm trying to get it to print a test sheet to no avail. I really wish I could find some documentation on the printer.

Hello all:

I have a Pixma PRO-10 with an error code 6700. At startup, there is absolutely no movement, the white and orange lights begin to blink in a sequence of 27 white and 26 orange.

If anyone is interested I made a short gif of the light sequence. HERE

Any thoughts?

I am not sure but I think that is a power supply problem. I think it is in for a visit to a repair shop.

Code 6700. The manual says;

Turn off the printer, and unplug the power cord of the printer from the power supply.
Plug the printer back in and turn the printer back on.
If the problem is not resolved, contact the service center.

Manuals can be downloaded from where you get the drivers from..

http://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/products/printers/inkjet/pixma_pro_series/pixma_pro-10.aspx?type=manuals

or

http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_pro_series/pixma_pro_10#BrochuresAndManuals
