I am having difficulty getting this printer to be recognized by my new computer. I have downloaded the drivers from Canon. My big question is --- will it be possible to connect this printer to my new iMac given that the printer is probably from 2012? If yes, then I will keep working on it. But if no, then I know I don't need to waste my time. Thanks for any help!

My Pro-100 is connected to my MacBook Air M2 (macOS Tahoe) with no problem.

Have you downloaded the latest driver?
