PIXMA Pro9000 print head. Are print heads still available?

I have the 5 flash alert indicating by print head may be bad. I rand the 'head and nozzel' clean routine 3 times with no luck. Can these be manually cleaned, and if not, can a new head be purchased somewhere? When this printer works, it makes great pix.

The Pro9000 mkI has been retired and is no longer under support.

You can try contacting the Canon parts department. 1-866-481-2569, weekdays from 9 AM - 7 PM, ET.

They may not stock parts for this product any longer but they may be able to provide some guidance, part number, etc.
