      <title>PIXMA PRO-10 does not recognize cartridges</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a used Pixma Pro 10 which came with original cartridges.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tried starting my first print and the printer said a few were done. I tried to unseat and re-seat the cartridges and ALL the red lights stop flashing. The printer then tells me none of the cartridges are recognized.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I bought replacement cartridges and they have the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reconfirmed that the printer is on the latest available firmware. But I can't figure out what else to do here. Did I just buy a lemon?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
