Network Configuration Page: 1. shows Wireless Signal Strength at 81%

                                                 2. Wireless Connection as Active

My Mac laptop shows this printer as Offline & thereby unable to print to.

My Samsung shows this printer as Offline & thereby unable to print to.

Why is the printer showing Offline when it is turned on, paper is inserted, Wifi is On, Ink is installed?

I feel like it should be printing my request from my phone and laptop, but it's offline status is keeping my from sending print jobs to the printer.

Please Help Me!

Greetings ,

This likely has to do with your network configuration. I would recommend assigning the printer a static IP address on your router.

Now remove the printer from printers and scanners using the minus button (-), then restart your system. Now reinstall the printer as an IP printer. On your Mac, you're going to use the globe icon which is just to the right of the printer icon in the add printer dialog. Enter The IP address you assigned to the printer. In the name field below it will pre-populate with the IP address entered above. This field is editable. Give your printer a friendly name. In the driver field. Ensure you have the print driver selected from the drop down menu. Now add the printer. This will ensure persistency and a reliable connection to the device at its "static" IP address destination. If it goes to sleep or you turn it off or don't use it for an extended period of time, it will get the same IP from your router when you turn it back on and your computer or any other device that connects to the network will be able to find it at the same address.

It’s usually a network problem, even if the signal appears fine. Try assigning a static IP address to the printer from your router's settings, then reinstall it on your Mac and phone using that IP address. That often clears the “offline” problem.
