      <description>&lt;P&gt;it just says cannot find printer.&amp;nbsp; i am hooking up my cable to the pro-310 and using the usb adapter c to hook up to my laptop.&amp;nbsp; it does not show the printer at all.&amp;nbsp; I am also trying to set up wirelessly.&amp;nbsp; it recognizes the air print but not the IJ .&amp;nbsp; Just having a heck of a time.&amp;nbsp; I am on day two of trying to install this printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://mycanon.usa.canon.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once logged in, click on your imagePROGRAF PRO-310 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative will assist you with installing your PRO-310 on your Mac.&lt;/P&gt;
