My Pro-310 printer doesn’t recognize the A3+ paper. I tried to enter the dimensions manually when “A3+” didn’t work, I’ve tried both the top and rear feeds, I’ve gone in and disabled the Paper Mismatch as advised in the online instructions, and I keep getting an error code: 2115.

All my programs are up to date and I even got the Canon paper just in case something about the weight was an issue. My PS settings match the printer settings, and I’ve followed all the instructions provided by the antique-style display panel on my printer as well as instructions provided on this site… When I started this process I thought this was operator error. Now I'm not so sure...any suggestions for how to solve or circumvent this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hello!

It's frustrating your Canon Pro-310 isn't recognizing A3+ paper, giving error 2115 despite all your efforts. This error points to a paper setting mismatch for the manual feed tray. The most crucial step is to ensure the paper size and type (e.g., A3+, Photo Paper Pro Platinum) selected on the printer's actual display panel for the manual feed tray precisely match what you've set in Photoshop and loaded physically. Also, confirm you're loading only one sheet at a time, print-side up, and check if any deeper driver settings or a printer reset might help.
