topic imagePROGRAF TC-21 trouble printing 20" x 13' document in Professional Photo Printers

So I ordered the Canon TC-21 in order to go about some large format printing projects. I have a document that measures 20 inches in height and 13 feet in length. I did research on the printer before I ordered it and the parameter on supported media dimensions states that it can print on media as wide as 24” rolls and up to 13 feet long. However, I have been having issues as when I try using Adobe Acrobat, the maximum length it allows is 44 inches. Is there any way to work around this? The same issue applies to when I use the Preview app. I have the document saved as both SVG and PDF, no luck with either one. I tried printing with Inkscape and the paper will feed through only to feed 10 inches of paper and then the media gets cut. I have wasted about 10 feet of paper so far doing this, paper is not cheap. Any help would be appreciated. I thought about getting Adobe Illustrator on a trial basis and see if I could use that to print what needs to be printed, I’m not having any luck at the moment however.

Thanks in advance.
