&lt;P&gt;Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please turn your PRO-1100 on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Use the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Printer Information&lt;/STRONG&gt; and then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; .&lt;STRONG&gt;System Information&lt;/STRONG&gt; will be selected.&amp;nbsp; Press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Show password&lt;/STRONG&gt; is currently selected at the bottom.&amp;nbsp; Press the OK button.&amp;nbsp; When you do that, "Password is displayed." will appear and then will return to the System Information screen.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Hide password&lt;/STRONG&gt; will appear in the lower left now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; On the System Information screen, please use the down arrow until you see &lt;STRONG&gt;Default password&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a password listed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or is that entry blank, as in the example below?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please reset your PRO-1100 back to factory default by following these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Turn your imagePROGRAF PRO-1100 on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Repeatedly press the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Various settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Printer settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;will be selected.&amp;nbsp; Press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Repeatedly press the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and pres the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Repeatedly press the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset all&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Use the left arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; When "&lt;STRONG&gt;Completed the following&lt;/STRONG&gt;" appears, press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;With plain paper loaded, please perform the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please turn your PRO-1100 on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Use the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;LAN settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Use the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Print details&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; "Do you want to print the LAN details?" will appear.&amp;nbsp; Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; "Is it OK to display/print the password?" appears next.&amp;nbsp; Please select &lt;STRONG&gt;ON&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the first page of the pages that printed, does your password appear to the right of "&lt;STRONG&gt;1-4 Default Password&lt;/STRONG&gt;" ?&lt;/P&gt;

When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
