&lt;P&gt;I confirmed this behavior on my mobile device. The printer support portal does appear to be missing some functioning links.&amp;nbsp; I'll try on a computer in a little bit.&amp;nbsp; It's possible they are being updated as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
