imagePROGRAF TC-20 - not printing from Top feeder

Please can someone help me out for me to be able to print on A4 and A3 paper from the top feeder on the CANON ImagePROGRAF TC-20. Even when I choose for it to print on A3 in the print setting before printing it still comes out on the Roll paper.

So I removed the roll paper and printed again but an error message keeps popping up, telling me that the roll paper is not loaded.
