Need Help shipping imagePROGRAF TC-20

Good Morning everyone. I have a imageGRAF tc-20 and i am looking for a Canon Service location in order to get my printer repaired. The printer is showing a support code 6030 which tells me to find the nearest Canon Repair Shop to send the printer. Do anyone know a number i can call or a location i can reach out to so i can get my printer shipped? I live in Arkansas.

Hi, realsteeltech! If you haven't already done so, we recommend contacting our support team for guidance. They can let you know what that error code means and how to go about correcting. If they printer needs to be shipped somewhere, they can walk you through that process, too. You can reach them Monday through Friday at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666).
