    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been changing out my ink on a regular basis in my Pixma Pro 10 for years without any trouble. I put in a new gray cartridge ordered directly from Canon (I usually get them from Amazon), and I immediately got a new error I can't clear. It's ten alternating flashes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I unplugged and hit the power button five times, but that did not help. I double checked that it's the correct replacement ink, removed all the plastic and inserted correctly, but now I can't even get the carriage to come back into position after the second reset. When I tug on the strap to pull the ink carriage back, all the ink lamps are off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have orders to fulfill, and I need to resolve this. help!&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm.
