topic imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 No paper choices, tone on BW prints changed drastically after upgrade in Professional Photo Printers

<P>&nbsp;I lost the ability to select paper choices, and the toning on my black and white prints has changed drastically after upgrading. I am using my Prograf 1000 version 4.000 with a Mac Mini OS 15.3.2 and Capture One Pro 16.5.5.7.. My Eizo monitor is calibrated. Is there a way for these issues to be corrected? Thanks.
