ImagePROGRAF PRO-310 color management on a mac?

I just received a Pro-310 and have it setup and printing from my MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.4.

I can't seem to get full control of the print driver and color. I print from Lightroom Classic and can't control the optimizer or insure that the color is being managed by the software and ICC profile. The paper is Canon Pro Platinum.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Verify that when the printer was added you selected the Canon IJ Series version and not the AirPrint version. What you are describing is typical of using the AirPrint driver.

Just checked and the driver is the AirPrint driver. I need to download the IJ version and try it.

Yes. When you go to add printer wait, could be several minutes, for the IJ Series driver to appear. Once you are all set delete the AirPrint version of the printer.

The driver no longer says "AirPrint"; it now says:

Canon PRO-310 series

Version 29.5.0.0

That is what you want. Delete AirPrint version of printer if it is showing.

Yes, I deleted the AirPrint driver.
