Thanks for the response John. Just for clarification, you're saying to just accept the prompt: "Change to Letter (Art Paper Margin 30)"? I did print that way, but the print size comes out as 5.75x8.25, centered with white borders. But I would like to scale to at least an 8x10. How can I do that in this situation?

I just bought a used PIXMA PRO-100, and am getting an error in the Print Settings that says:

This is strange, since I just purchased a pack of Canon "Photo Paper Pro Premium Matte" sized 8.5x11" Letter:

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advanced!

Change the selection as directed by the error. You are using a fine art paper.

Because of the thickness of fine art paper the printer imposes a 30mm margin at the top and bottom to avoid head strikes.

You could select regular matte paper as the media type. You wouldn’t have a matched ICC profile but they are close so it might not be noticeable.

If you don’t get head strikes you should be OK.
