I’d like to say I knew what worked. I had already confirmed the abrasion setting, cleadned the nozzel/heads and nothing worked. I powered it off, unplugged it over night and on a whim tried it the next day at lunch before calling Canon, and it just worked. No problems since. Sorry I cannot be of more help.

I had made a hand a handful of prints with the same paper, during the hour before, then started getting 4 thin bands across the entire print (top to bottom in landscape orientation). Any suggestions, please? Thank you in advance for any help.
