imagePROGRAF TC-20 will sometimes cut off mid-print

It will randomly stop printing in the middle of the print and waste the print.

It isn't my PC because my PC is active the entire time. I don't know when or why this happens, but the paper and ink are not cheap, and this is aggravating.

Once logged in, click on your imagePROGRAF TC-20 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
