      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's hoping that this pops the message back up and you see it. I cleaned my printhead with 50/50 DI water and isopropyl alcohol. Dried it with a lint free cloth and let it sit overnight to be sure. I replaced all the ink cartridges.
