&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please follow all of the steps on this page from the PRO-100's manual to resolve the printing issue you are experiencing:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/W/PRO-100S%20series/EN/BG/bg-maintenance1100.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/W/PRO-100S%20series/EN/BG/bg-maintenance1100.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the colors still do not print, your PIXMA PRO-100 would require service.&amp;nbsp; The issue could be with the printhead, but there is no guarantee that replacing the printhead will resolve this.&amp;nbsp; Also, there are no returns on parts purchased from Canon.&amp;nbsp; If you still wish to replace the printhead, y&lt;/SPAN&gt;ou may contact the Parts Department by dialing 1-866-481-2569.&amp;nbsp; The hours of operation the Parts Department are 9:00 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday through Friday.&amp;nbsp; They can provide you with availability and cost.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA PRO-100 print head keeps clogging</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a pizza pro 100 printer. My print head keeps clogging up and I have tried all the remedies posted on the Internet for this printer. Now, my only color that won’t work is magenta. Have genuine canon ink cartridges. So, I bought a new in the package replacement and it does not work at all. Is there anything else I can do? I really like this printer— have had for many years.&lt;/P&gt;
