imagePROGRAF TC-20 admin password workaround

I am seeking help with my large format TC-20. I no longer remember the admin password for the web UI, or the on-screen UI.

The instructions from canon:

for resetting the admin passord (RESET ALL), are requiring me to enter the admin password to complete it. Of course I do not know what that is.

Any know a work around?

Please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on your imagePROGRAF TC-20 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can assist you with resetting the admin password of your printer.
