    <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows 11: have successfully loaded 2 media types to Pro 300, but now trying to load a Canon Fine Art Smooth paper w/o success. The media type appears in all under "Custom" along with the other media types, and printer has been updated, but the custom media type doesn't appear as a choice on the printer LCD while the other 2 custom media types do. Any suggestions to trouble shoot?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
