Hello, I'm trying to identify this roller so I can find videos on how to fix it. I was trying to get something out of the feeder and it seemed to go in seems messed up. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

The plastic part that you are indicating in your image is part of the auto sheet feeder assembly.
