      <title>False Paper Jam - imagePROGRAF TC-20</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've been having issues with my CANON Imageprograf TC-20 displaying a false paper jam when there is no jam at all, I am unsure whether there is something wrong with a sensor but this is what exactly happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I schedule an A1 poster to be printed to this printer,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer displays PRINTING as it should then it beeps and says paper not loaded so I load the paper until i hear the beep as instructed. It feeds the paper through. Second time it attempts to feed paper back in, it beeps with a paper jam when there is nothing jammed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure what else to do, I have checked everything for a jam, nothing. We do have this printer in a dusty warehouse and I'm not sure whether dust is affecting a sensor?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be great thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
