      <title>Error Code B507 and Ink Leak in Canon PRO-1000</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I own a Canon PRO-1000, which I haven’t used in about 3–4 months. Today, when I turned it on, I received the following message: &lt;STRONG&gt;"Error Code B507."&lt;/STRONG&gt; I followed the troubleshooting steps shown on the display screen, but they didn’t resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After some investigation, I removed all the cartridges and discovered that the &lt;STRONG&gt;PC (Photo Cyan) cartridge was leaking and completely empty&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Using a flashlight, I could see that blue ink&amp;nbsp; throughout the bottom interior of the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve had this printer for around two years. It’s stationary and hasn’t been moved, and I installed all the ink cartridges brand new at the same time. Aside from the PC cartridge, the other cartridges still have ink remaining.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought the printer on Amazon with an ASURION 4-Year Protection Plan, and it’s still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. I’m concerned that the ink may have caused internal damage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
