      <title>imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 Support code 1261 halting setup</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just unboxed a new Canon Pro 1000 printer. I started the setup and got as far as step 6...installing the ink tanks. I closed the ink tank panel, and the screen displayed Support Code 1261. The manual tray is in the paper feed position and not in the Paper Jam Clearing Position. No matter what I do, I cannot get past this code to finish the setup of this printer. Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again...this is during the setup process right after installing ink tanks and before installing the print head.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
