They replaced the last one and I’m not sure I want a 3rd. The print head is actually hitting the paper making it turn. Has anyone else had this issue? The print head height was sent in low for some reason. Not sure if that where it’s supposed to be, but I set it to standard and seems to have fixed the problem.
