PIXMA PRO-200 No option for 5" x 7" paper, error 2114

Am trying to print on 5x7 photo paper on my Pro 200 which I just purchased. list of paper sized on printer screen doesn’t include 5x7 size. Hard to believe. Cannot figure out how to add or to register this size.

Keeps coming back with error 2114.

any idea of what I should do?

Hi Eliot1,

Please press the Home button on your PRO-200 once. Press the down arrow one time to select the paper section and press OK.

Press OK on Page size. In the list, 5"x7" is approximately halfway down the list.
