To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://mycanon.usa.canon.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once logged in, click on your product and then click on the Product Support button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got a chat bot on the canon site. That was no help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting good color using&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Canon Professional Print and layout V1.5.0 PS plugin. &amp;nbsp;I printed out of PS for years with good result; after a PS upgrade (or 2) I started getting color casts. &amp;nbsp;The canon &amp;nbsp;plug-in gives me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;neutral color, good matche my screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
