I have a new Pro 300. I am trying to print a 13x19 photo in the manual feed. Everything is fine until I click the print button. It then runs the paper all the way through except the last inch and then tells me it has a paper jam. I have previously and successfully printed a 13x32 canvas job without issue. I have power cycled it and restarted the software. I am on pc and to my knowledge not running air print.

Are you using Windows? If so, what version?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?

What application are you printing from?
