I have program 1000 photo printer. All of a sudden, all my 4x6" prints come out with smudges or black and yellow horizontal smudge lines on the top and bottom. This only happens when I print 4x6. Does not happen with 5x7" or any other. I have done all the maintenance. Still showing weird smudges. What is the problem?

Were you able to resolve the printing issue that you are experiencing with your PRO-1000 by following the steps provided in the manual here?

PRO-1000 series > Troubleshooting > Printing Problems > Paper Is Smudged / Printed Surface Is Scratched
