You need a print head for the Pro-100 already? Are you sure? Do you have any warranty left?

Thank you! For the past 10 years I had owned Epson’s and the print heads went on both so it was cheaper to replace the printer which was rather costly. I like the idea that on the Canon I can replace print head easily instead of the whole printer, so I wanted to get an idea about what that would cost.

I saw price for print head at $180. When Canon has the rebate program in effect you can probably buy a complete printer, which includes head and full set of ink, for less than combined price, and then sell printer on eBay for a few bucks.
