I have a imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 that I just set up and have recently started working with. I currently used 17x22 Pro Luster photo paper but when I tried to print with some 8.5x11 it was very smudged. There was not an option for that size paper on the printer so I selected 8x10. I’m in need of some guidance.
