    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not used my&amp;nbsp;Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 for several years. &amp;nbsp;I turned it on and received an error message (1660): the following ink tank cannot be recognized. However, the print head holder will not move thereby making it impossible for me to remove or replace the non-recognized ink head cartridges. I read the support sheet for this issue but none of the items on it helped. &lt;P&gt;If you have not done so, unplug the power cord to the printer and then press the power button 5 times. Then try to manually move the ink carriage over. If it still wont move, the printer will need to be replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
