Pro-200 only prints from manual feed

I am using a Pro-200 with Canon Pro Luster paper. I have tried printing via USB and via WiFi. I am using Canon's Professional Print & Layout software.

Everytime I print, the printer will only pull paper from the rear manual feed tray. I was able to print to standard copy paper by doing a Windows "Print Test Page" and it immediately pulled from the top feed. But, when printing from PPL software, it always says it is going to print from the manual feed.

How can I get it to pull from the top feed?

I solved my own problem. I knew it had to be a setting somewhere, but I was missing it over & over again.

In Professional Print & Layout, some of the settings can be shown or hidden by clicking on little arrows to open sections of the settings layout. I had closed the Print Settings area. Once I clicked the little down arrow to open that area, I could change the paper feed source from manual to top feed. (see screenshot)
