Canon Pro100 not printing correct size

Hoping someone can help me

Trying to print an image from Photoshop that is 18x12" on 13x19" paper

Im on a Mac

I set the page size to (A3) 13x19" but it printed 9 1/4 x 6 1/8" in the corner of the paper

Its driving me nuts - any help greatly appreciated

Hi,

The printer may have been installed using AirPrint instead of the Canon driver. Open your system preferences and select printers and scanners. Remove the PRO-1000 listed and then add it back and if AirPrint is listed, switch it over to the PRO-1000 driver and try to print again.

I have the same problem with the Pro-300 in Win 11. I scaled the image to 10 x 10 on A3+ paper (13 x 19). Printing out of PS 3+, the image was 7 x 9 regardless of changing it to 10 x 10 in image size and 10 x 10 in the printer setup. Also changed paper to 13 x 19 in page setup. Changing position of image on paper works, but does not print full size.

What gives? Worked perfectly with win 7 and canon Pixma 9000.
