imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 completely slow to not printing at all

Hello! I have been printing normally on my imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 for a month now. But suddenly today, the printer started to become extremely slow to the point where I didnt even know it was printing.

i canceled the first time or 2 and noticed there was actually some print laid onto the paper but then I tried printing an 8x10 on the manual feeder, walked away for 30 mins and it only made around an ich or two of the print. Can someone please tell me what’s going on with it?

It says on the screen it is printing, but the paper barely moves and no ink is being laid down

What version of Windows or MacOS are running? Is the printer connected via USB or Wifi?
