I've had the printer for years. I recently moved from Windows 7 Home 64-bit to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

I want to check ink levels. However, clicking the View Printer Status button under Canon PRO-100 Properties\Maintenance does nothing.

I'm using Windows 10 drivers, supposedly. But this printer may not be fully functional under Windows 10 for all I know.

PRO-100 series Printer Driver Ver.1.07 10-04-21

PRO-100 series XPS Printer Driver Ver.5.87 10-04-21

I have W10 Home, but all works fine (for years).

Is your printer powered on? Mine is connected via Wi-Fi, so it is always on.

Yeah . . . it is powered on. Thanks.

There are other things not working, too. I discovered the pop-up that allows me to start printing from the rear feed from my desktop no longer appears. Now, I have to go to the machine and manually press the blinking status indicator.

Maybe try deleting the drivers and reinstalling. I can confirm that everything works as intended with W10.
