      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Check the paper feed&amp;nbsp;tray and printing area. Also as well as roller assembly for anything stuck that might cause an obstrcution.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you sure you removed all the orange packing materials and tape?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
