PRO-1000 / Error 2103 / macOS / Same Format, Different Color Doesn't Print

I'm experiencing a problem with my Canon PRO-1000 printer. My system setup includes macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 and Illustrator 2023.

When I print on DIN-A3 (230gsm) matte paper in white, everything works fine. However, when I attempt to print on the same paper in green, I consistently receive the error 2103. I also tried different paper settings with the same error.

Can anyone provide guidance or a solution to this issue?
