    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Pixma Pro-10 Printer and I had just refilled the ink cartridges, all the lights are on for each cartridge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I try to print, or even just showing the printer status, I get the pop up for support code: 1419, telling me to replace the ink tank for which the lamp is off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have cleaned the chips on both the cartridges and the print head and still the same message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea of what is going on, or if I'm missing something?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Canon does not recommend using refilled cartridges because if the chip is not reset, the ink cartridge will still be read as empty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
