Pixma Pro 10 not showing custom paper size in drop down menu

I recently acquired some 11x14 paper that I wished to use but when entering the drop down paper size menu, the custom size option does not show. I have uninstalled/re-installed my driver and have entered the print area both through LR and PS. I am running Windows 10 (64 bit). I have no other problem printing the menu sizes such as 8.5x11 or A+ (13x19) but wish to use my 11x14 paper. How do I get the custom paper option to show?

Hi,

If custom does not appear and photo is selected, change it to standard. The custom option should appear.
