    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to set up my brand new Image Prograf PRO-300 and I can't get it to move past the first step. It thinks there's still protective material inside the holder, which won't let the print motor move, but I removed the orange plastic thing. Any ideas how to get it unstuck?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
