    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just updated the firmware on my canon pro 300, and I am getting the error cod 8300. &amp;nbsp;I have tried turning off and unplugging device, but that does not work. &amp;nbsp;The printer is 2 years old, so out of warranty. &amp;nbsp;Does anyone have any other ideas to reset the printer. &amp;nbsp;So frustrating. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
