I could try to use a print head from a partner and check the functionality of my printer. Instead, I have to send the heavy printer to my service provider!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reached out and called this # and after 1 hour on hold, the line hung up on me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does anyone have any information as to how to replace the print head with this error? I don't want to buy one and then it won't release the printhead for me to change it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can unplug the printer and then try to move the print over so you can access it.&amp;nbsp;If you are still unable to access the print head, then the printer would require service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://canon.us/account" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"&gt;register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
