Canon Pro-100 unable to print 5x7 - Paper Size Error

I'm having this issue with my Canon Pro-100. I was printing a batch of 4x6 photos and needed to switch to 5x7 prints and now can no longer print on this size. 8.5x11 prints are not an issue, just this 5x7 size.
I have tried printing in Affinity Photo and the Windows Photo app and get the same results.

Additionally I've cleaned the heads as some have said this can solve the problem, but I get the same results. Any idea how to solve this?

Hi,

Try loading the 5x7 in the rear feed and not the manual feed to see if the error will clear and the photo will print.
