We recently purchased the Canon TC-20 imagePROGRAF so we can print house plans at our office when we need as well as tabloids. We are having trouble getting to be able to select the ANSI D or ANSI C sized paper. It only has like letter, tabloid, etc. I tried looking online and to no end can we find the option to select the larger paper sizes. Any ideas or pathways to go forth to get this actually working?
