Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you have the limited AirPrint driver installed. If you haven’t downloaded the driver from the Canon support site you need to do that. Once the Canon driver is downloaded and installed then select Add Printer and wait for the Canon IJ Series driver to appear. It could take several minutes.

Hello,

I just purchased a Canon Pro 300, set it up, and downloaded the drivers. I am using Mac OS Big Sur and Photoshop. My print dialog box does not contain media choices that I've seen when I've used other printers. It simply lists Auto Select, Disc, Photo, and Plain Paper. See attached as it shows a discrepancy from what I have and what the manual says (and what I've seen in other printers).

Also, is there any reason why the printer keeps printing way smaller than what is portrayed in the print dialog box? I am using Manage Custom Sizes in Photoshop, have the Image Size width and height match the Manage Custom Size width and height, and loading it with the correct orientation in the Top Paper Feed. I've never had this problem with "the other brand" printer.

Thanks in advance!
