I’ve tried single sheets and the same thing happens. Is it possible to insert 4x6 paper from the rear feeder of the Pro 9000 MKII?

I’d like to give that a try if possible to see what happens.

Hi everybody,

For some reason I cannot for the life of me print 4x6 stock matte or glossy.

My Pro 9000 MKII start to feed but stops and will not complete, then I get a notice on my Mac desktop that the paper jammed. If I shut down and start up, so called jammed paper rolls out.

I can print any other size 5x7 on up with no issue.

My desktop is a Mac running Catalina 10.15.7

I have run as many cleaning and alignment options available through software maintanence.

I have to print 4x6 pics on larger paper in order to work around this horrible issue.

I'm very open to suggestions to help me through this.

I have a Pro-100. I also have problem with 4x6. If I feed one at a time it usually works.
